Every one of our coaches is a dedicated volunteer who invests over 40+ hours each month to teach, inspire and cultivate a passion for lacrosse among all of our players.

USA Lacrosse Training
This includes a background check, an abuse prevention course, concussion course and at minimum a bronze level lacrosse training.

Age Based Approach
U08
OBJECTIVE
At this stage, the primary goal is to introduce the basics of lacrosse, focusing on fun, teamwork and developing a love for the game. Never ask a player to do something that has not been covered in practice.
Playtime: Equal playtime
U10
OBJECTIVE
Continue to develop fundamental skills while introducing more advanced concepts like positioning and basic team strategy.
Playtime: Roughly equal playtime
U12
OBJECTIVE
Begin to focus on tactical play and refining technical skills. Players should start understanding the flow of the game and team strategies. If the game is close, plan to WIN. Otherwise ignore the score and focus on getting all the players.
Playtime: Merit based playtime with an emphasis on development
U14
OBJECTIVE
Prepare players for high school lacrosse by focusing on advanced strategies, technical refinement, and physical conditioning.
Playtime: Performance based with a goal to maintain development and team cohesion
